IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.


CUSTOM ITEMS — TURNAROUND TIME (TAT):

Custom items are made to order and require approximately 15–25 business days for production, unless otherwise stated in the product description.


BOUJEE ITEMS — TURNAROUND TIME (TAT):

All Boujee items are designer-inspired and have an estimated turnaround time of 15–56 business days, beginning after the drop has closed. This timeframe excludes weekends, U.S. holidays, and Chinese holidays.


STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY

All sales made through Snooty Joon are final. Snooty Joon does not issue refunds under any circumstances.

In the event that an item is approved for replacement but is unavailable due to being out of stock with the vendor, store credit only will be issued in place of a refund.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be used toward future purchases on snootyjoon.com. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to the original payment method, or applied retroactively to previous orders.

Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated and must be used in accordance with all Snooty Joon store policies.

By placing an order with Snooty Joon, you acknowledge and agree to this Store Credit Only Policy.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All orders are processed within the production time listed in the TAT. Production times are estimates and may vary due to the handmade nature of our items, order volume, or holidays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Snooty Joon is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or misdelivered items. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


ADDRESS ACCURACY:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders will be shipped to the address provided.

Snooty Joon is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping fees may apply.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES:

Once tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled. Snooty Joon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Customers must file a claim or inquiry directly with the shipping carrier for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Shipping insurance is available as an optional upgrade at checkout and is strongly recommended.


SIZING & FIT DISCLAIMER:

Sizing may vary between manufacturers and styles. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts included in product descriptions prior to purchase. Sizing issues are not considered defects.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS:

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order items sold in this shop, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items.

If an item is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective and the item is in stock with the vendor, a replacement will be issued. Refunds will only be provided if the item is out of stock with the vendor and cannot be replaced.

Please note that sizing may vary between manufacturers and styles. We encourage you to review the sizing chart included in each product description prior to placing your order.

If your item is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, you must contact us at info@snootyjoon.comwithin 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

Snooty Joon is not responsible for items damaged during shipping transit. Shipping insurance is available as an optional upgrade at checkout.


CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY:

Customers agree to contact Snooty Joon directly to attempt resolution prior to filing any payment disputes or chargebacks.


Disputes filed without prior contact may be considered dispute abuse. All relevant order details, tracking information, and store policies will be submitted in response to any dispute.


FRAUD PREVENTION & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

Snooty Joon reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violation. Additional verification may be required prior to fulfillment.



HANDMADE DISCLOSURE:

All Snooty Joon custom products are handmade and created individually, not factory manufactured. Because of this, each piece is truly one of a kind. Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish may occur as a natural result of the dyeing and/or bleaching process—this is what makes your item unique. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Please note that all mock-ups are examples only and cannot always be recreated exactly. Colors may appear lighter or darker than shown.

The images, descriptions, and measurements on our site are provided to accurately represent our products to the best of our ability. Every order is carefully inspected before shipping for any fixable imperfections. Any remaining variations or flaws are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.
